At the Who Cares Wins awards ceremony in Benbecula on Wednesday 26 March an Lanntair won the "Employer of the Year" award. This award comes hot on the heels of an Lanntair earning Investors in People and Hospitality Assured accreditation as well.

Director Roddy Murray said "Everyone here at an Lanntair works exceedingly hard to provide the very best customer experience possible, we also do our best to work together as a team and these accreditations and the award all help to show us that we're heading in the right direction. We are all really pleased."

 

Investors in People helps organisations to improve and realise objectives through the management and development of their people, while Hospitality Assured promotes and rewards the highest standards of service excellence for organisations in the Hospitality Industry and is endorsed by the Quality Scotland Foundation. An Lanntair has been working closely with both of these organisations in an effort to achieve these standards for a number of years and all the staff are delighted that we have recieved both these prestigious accreditations.
